These re-mastered audio files are from the 1996 Midwest Clinic performance by the Lassiter Symphonic I Band. (Alfred Watkins, Director; Sue Samuels, Associate Director)
My goal with this project was to bring out a greater level of detail and vibrancy in the sound compared to the original CD. With good headphones, to me it feels a lot like what I remember while sitting in the band, tackling these amazing songs with along with so many great musicians. If you have other recordings that you'd like to be renewed/remastered, I'd be excited if you contacted me about it. I'd love to take a shot at bringing some new life and excitement into recordings.
